纳米二氧化硅阻燃环氧树脂研究Research of Organic SiO_2 Nanoparticles on Flame Retardancy of Epoxy Resin

摘要(Abstract):
采用硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)进行表面改性,制备有机改性纳米二氧化硅(O-SiO2),并与环氧树脂(EP)合成EP/O-SiO2纳米复合材料。利用TG、UL-94垂直燃烧测试和锥形量热测试(CCT)等对EP复合材料的力学性能和阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明:一定量的O-SiO2可以提高复合材料的弹性模量,O-SiO2的添加量为10%时,复合材料的弹性模量最大;O-SiO2的加入可以改善EP的阻燃性能,添加量为20%时,复合材料的阻燃效果最好。
