P(VDF-TrFE)静电纺丝纤维膜的制备及其性能研究Study on Properties of P(VDF-TrFE) Electro-Spinning Fiber Membrane and Its Preparation

摘要(Abstract):
以N,N'-二甲基甲酰胺/四氢呋喃(DMF/THF)混合液为溶剂,基于铝箔的支撑,采用静电纺丝法制备了聚(偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯)(P(VDF-Tr FE))纤维膜。研究了混合溶剂质量比对纤维形貌、晶相结构和结晶度的影响。结果表明:当溶剂质量比(m(DMF):m(THF))由8:2变化至5:5时,纤维的形貌发生显著改变,圆形的珠丝逐渐被拉长变成梭形,最终形成直径均匀的纤维,且结晶度由67.1%增至71.0%,但对所制纤维膜的晶型影响较小,其晶型均为极性β晶。
