PBAT/纳米蒙脱土复合薄膜的制备及水蒸气阻隔性能研究Preparation and Water Vapor Barrier Properties of PBAT/Nano MMT Composite Film

摘要(Abstract):
利用双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵(D1821)对纳米蒙脱土(MMT)进行预处理和改性,得到MMT-D1821,然后采用涂膜法和流延法制备了聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)/MMT-D1821复合薄膜。对PBAT/未改性MMT及PBAT/MMT-D1821复合薄膜的微观形貌、水蒸气阻隔性能和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:与未改性MMT相比,MMT-D1821在PBAT基体中的分散状态得到改善,PBAT/MMT-D1821复合薄膜的水蒸气阻隔性能及力学性能均比PBAT/未改性MMT复合薄膜明显提升;采用涂膜法制备的复合薄膜较之流延法得到的薄膜具有更好的水蒸气阻隔性能。
