ZnCl_2对聚乳酸结晶行为和加工性能的调控Modulating Control of ZnCl_2 on Crystallization Behavior and Processability of PLA

摘要(Abstract):
加入氯化锌(ZnCl_2)在熔融状态下对聚乳酸(PLA)进行改性,以利用路易斯酸ZnCl_2的配位作用屏蔽PLA分子链间氢键,使其分子间作用力减弱,从而使PLA在较低温度下即具有较高的流动性。结果表明:ZnCl_2的加入使PLA的结晶度降低,但结晶速率增大,黏流温度大幅降低,从而得到可用于低温加工的PLA材料。同时,ZnCl_2的加入使PLA的分子量分布变窄,分子量和玻璃化转变温度降低,热分解温度显著下降。
