乙基桥链DOPO衍生物对PA6阻燃性能的影响Effect of Ethyl Bridged DOPO Derivative on Flame Retardancy of PA6

摘要(Abstract):
制备了一种乙基桥链DOPO衍生物(FR),将其加入到聚酰胺6(PA6)中,考察了FR对PA6阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:FR用量为15%时,PA6复合材料达到UL 94V-0级,极限氧指数提高到27.2%,且峰值热释放速率比纯PA6降低了27%;此外,阻燃剂的引入使PA6复合材料的热稳定性明显提高,PA6/FR(15%)的起始热分解温度(T-5%)比纯PA6提高了41℃。
