选择性激光烧结与注塑成型尼龙6制件性能研究Performance Study of PA6 Parts Produced by Selective Laser Sintering and Injection Molding

摘要(Abstract):
以经工艺优化后力学性能最佳的SLS成型件与注塑成型件作为研究对象,分析两种成型制件在表面形貌、结晶形态和热力学性能上的差异。结果表明:与SLS成型件相比,注塑成型件具有更低的表面粗糙度和更致密的微观结构;SLS制件结晶形态与原始PA6粉末相似为α态,而注塑成型件结晶形态为γ态;差示扫描量热与热重分析表明,两种成型方法对PA6制件热学性能影响较小;此外,SLS成型制件的抗拉强度比注塑成型制件高39.79%,但其断裂伸长率和断裂能仅为4.73%和1.46 MJ/mm3,远低于注塑成型的48.12%和15.12 MJ/mm3,远低于注塑成型的48.12%和15.12 MJ/mm3。
